“Greenfinch” is an original artwork, created using soft pastels and pastel pencils on 1.8mm thick Pastelmat Board. The artwork is professionally framed with a 7cm mount and a slim matt black frame.

Part of my British Endangered Wildlife Collection. 5% of any sales of prints or originals within the collection will be donated to the Wildlife Trusts charity.

Greenfinches are usually found on conifer trees but will also visit bird feeders in the garden. Their population in the UK have seen a huge decline in recent years. This has been caused by a parasitic disease and they are now on the UK endangered list. If you have a bird feeder do keep it clean to prevent further spread.
